Joining the
Team?
For those who are wanting to be
developed as leaders to serve in the Church in
ways that will lead to fruitfulness and
significance there are three levels of
leadership.
1. Team
For those
serving in roles, tasks and ministry areas such as
music, children’s ministry Play group, Kids
Hope mentor etc – you are “on the
Team” and will be coached by a Core
Leader.
2. Core

3. Demographic
Leaders
These leaders are leaders of Leaders. They are
actively working at enlarging the church by
winning lost people and training leaders under
them to serve in the area of church life that they
are called to.

Emerging Leaders
These leaders are Core leaders who are in training
to be Demographic leaders. They are in a coaching
relationship with someone from the Ministry Team
and will attend training sessions.
