Joining the Team?

For those who are wanting to be developed as leaders to serve in the Church in ways that will lead to fruitfulness and significance there are three levels of leadership.

1. Team
     For those serving in roles, tasks and ministry areas such as music, children’s ministry Play group, Kids Hope mentor etc – you are “on the Team” and will be coached by a Core Leader.

2. Core Leaders 

Discipleship Group leaders       & nbsp;        Ministry Team Leaders

Music Team       Sound & Vision Team      Kid's Hope Team

 3. Demographic Leaders
These leaders are Leaders of Leaders. They are actively working at enlarging the church by winning lost people and training leaders under them to serve in the area of church life that they are called to.

Demogrpahic Leaders Lead sections such as 

Kid Town (Primary School age children);   High School (Youth reaching out)

Urban Edge (Young Adults) ;    Sri Lankan Families;      ;  Philippines Families;

Young Mothers;     

Emerging Leaders
These leaders are Core leaders who are in training to be Demographic leaders. They are in a coaching relationship with someone from the Ministry Team and will attend training sessions.
